The 4th Edition of CrossFit Salzburg´s Champions Day is live.

This time we will take you far outside your Comfort Zone. Event 1 will be something totally new, something we never did so far. Oustide your „Comfort Zone“. Enough said…

Sign up now in the Gym. Registration valid with payment of Entry Fee € 25,- only. Including Starters Package, Snacks and BBQ.

Again we want to make it everybody´s game so we classified a Champions and a Fitness class.

To participate in the Champions class you should be able to attack benchmark Wods as rx´d. If you are not quite on this stage yet the Fitness class is your choice. Men: Champions/Fitness Ladies: Champions/Fitness

Event Details:

Athletes sign up at 8:30-9:00 am.

Event 1 starts 9:30am sharp. 

End of Events approximately 5 pm.

BBQ „Meat and Grill“  starting at 5 pm.

Medal Ceremony 6 pm.

Competition: 15 Min work up to a heavy 3 RM. Control your load, no drops!

Fitness: 15 Min. 5-5-5-5-5 across. light weight, excellent form!
