Warm up to a medium weight then
EMOM x 6, 2 Hang Squat Snatch. Focus on footwork and Bar Path!
WOD (21 Min.)
3 Min. AMRAP of:
5 HANG SQUAT SNATCH 50/35//35/17kg
10 HR PUSH UPS
20 DOUBLE UNDERS/ 10 DU or 30 Singles
Rest 3 Min. after each AMRAP
