SHOCKER  CURE OF THE WEEK”

Remember Matt Chans “Fasciatomie”. His leg looked like a beef jerky. (Hopefully you won´t think of this picture whenever you have one.) Now this looks way better. All he´ll keep from this accident is a long scar that reminds him that the past is real. I bet he is already doing Airsquats and Box Jumps on his hospital bed. 

The lesson we can get from this story: No matter how shitty something looks at first sight. It´s only a bad day, (week or maybe a month,) not a bad life!!! Most of the times you´ll come back stronger from setbacks. Setbacks always have a deeper meaning. They are supposed to make you stronger. Testing of you, how much can you take and still get back on your legs. Fall 6 times get up 7 times. Dealing out blows is easy, but life isn’t about that. Being on the receiving end, absorbing those blows, that is what makes people great. I am not saying that everyone should slice his quads to learn a lesson like that. (I believe you get the idea.) But whenever life puts you on a test, private affairs or in sports , it´ll make you stronger in the long term.
