Your Try is alive as long as you do not rerack the Bar ; )) Full Recovery Rest!

Fitness:ME@61/42,5kg then ME@42,5/30kg then ME@30/20kg or scale as needed.

Score: Total Reps. Shoot for 70+ Reps.

Ca$hout: You should not be able to walk after this WOD, but if you feel like you still can move, grab a pair of heavy Kettlebells and walk them farmer´s style 100m.
