13.2 gone by, and “all-time high BEKKI” sets a benchmark @ 287 Rep for our ladies, as GREGOR does for the Men scoring 274 Reps.

Whoever enters our Gym on Gamedays, breathes the Magic of Competition. This is so much fun. Although we are not even halfway through I can announce a Huge Surprise for our members on Open Wod 13.5 , April 5th. Mark this day red in your iCal right now. I will get back to that, later this week. Again make sure you will be in town Friday April 5th. This is unique. Only 5 Boxes in Europe get to do this and we are a chosen Box, thanks to your performances and the CrossFit-Spirit you as a CrossFit Salzburg Athlete live day in and day out.
