ANNOUNCING CHAMPIONS DAY VII, EVENT 2: “SPLASH ZONE”

Competition Male:

4 Rounds For Time Of:

Swim 50m

15 Push Ups


 

Competition Female/Fitness Male:

4 Rounds For Time Of:

Swim 50m

10 Push Ups


 

Fitness Female/ Masters:

3 Rounds For Time Of:

Swim 50m

10 “Push Ups on Knees”


 

Score For All Categories: Time or Reps. (Tie Breaker after every completed Round.)

Time Cap: 7 Min.

Description:

After Event 1 we will take off together and head to “USLZ Rif”.

On the Call Of 3-2-1-Go, Jump in the water and swim 50 meters. Any Style is acceptable. (No Fins allowed!) You cannot take more than 1 arm strike while diving. After completing the 50 meters jump out of the water and complete the prescribed Reps of Push Ups for your category. On the Push Ups, your hips can never hit the ground! Your Body needs to be in one straight line with arms fully extended in the starting and finishing Position. Your chest only, not your hips, touches the ground when lowering your alined body! Please see video for Standards. Repeat Rounds as prescribed. There is a Tiebreaker after every completed Round in case you won´t make the time cap of 7 Minutes.
