The Goal of this Workout is to increase your Core to Extremity Efficiency. Especially in Round 2 when your Extremities fatigue you will notice your hips as your number One Power Source. Check yourself as your movements feel inefficient. In this order: Am I going Core to Extremity?- Do I have Active Shoulders?-How wide is my Range of Motion?- Is there Midline Stabilisation?- Am I using my Posterior Chain?.
