then Do

10 Min OTM (on your chosen Skill)
Shoot for:
– 3-5 Muscle Ups
– 5-10 Toes2Bar
– 5-10 OHS Technique Bar only!
– 10-20 Double Unders
Score is your highest and lowest Set of Reps (e.g. 5-3 Muscle ups)
