CrossFit Salzburg Christmas Party this Friday 19.12.2014.

Looking forward spending a joyful Christmas evening with our CrossFit Salzburg Community.

We´ll be running regular evening classes @ 17:00h, 18:00h and 19:00h.

Food will be served starting at 19:00h.

Feel free to bring cookies Paleo or non Paleo, both acceptable ; )

Oooops he did it again… Congratulatiuons Marcel, winning both, the giant slalom and the slalom in Are.

Showing a winner´s mentality, giving it all you got in every race. You are racing to win not for collecting points. That´s what champions do.  And the score takes care of itself. (Sure it could have gone the other way, dropping out in the first run. Still, that would be alright if you gave it all you got.)

According to fitness that´s like weight watching instead of weightlifting. If you are watching your weight by counting calories or collecting points you are always scared to loose something. Whereas if you are lifting weights and focus on achieving, you accept nothing but results and commit yourself to prioritizing fitness. And guess what? The score takes care of itself.
