EMOM 10 Min. 3 Split Jerks, heavy and excellent.

Coaching Corner: …to determine your leading foot, simply lean and fall as if you were starting a sprint and see which foot goes first. This is your leading foot in the split!

5 Rounds for time:

7 Split Ground 2 Overheads 42,5/30kg(Clean & Split Jerk or Split Snatch)
Run 200m with a 10/6kg Medball
15 Min. Time Cap.
It is getting cold so bring your skull cap for the run.

Anything better than this is acceptable…

If you do not have a skull cap knit yourself one.
