3 Rounds of:

150m one arm KB Farmer´s Carry 32/24kg
9 Push Press r. Arm 32/24kg
9 Push Press l. Arm 32/24kg
21 over the KB Burpees

Score: Time. – you cannot place the KB on the carry but you may switch hands as often as you want. If you place it on the ground for rest, ad 10 Burpees to your 21 Burpees for that round!

after you finished the WOD

immediately get outside and perform

5×30 m Sled Drag choose 60/50/40kg or 5x10m Prowler Push 200kg Rest as needed
