As we all know now, we commemorated our 400th WOD Anniversary this week. I want to dedicate this Gameday to celebrate this benchmark number with a dignified  benchmark Workout. Angie, respectively 400 Reps. in total. That is 1 Rep for every posted WOD. So if you are new to us you can catch it all up in 1 WOD. Well not really… Still it´s a fun one and I expect everybody of our CrossFit Salzburg Community to show up for Gameday tomorrow and enjoy Angie together. HeadCoach Andi
