Skill: 10 Min. to establish 1 Box Jump for max. height.

WOD

EMOM 20 Min.

Min 1: 50 Dubs/20 Dubs or 60 Singles

Min 2: 15 TTB/10 TTB or Hanging Knee Raise

Min 3: 25 Med Ball Jump Squats* 20/14lbs

Min 4: Rest

Score: Reps. of each Station.

The Goal is to hit all the rx´d Reps. on the minute. Scale as needed.

*Bear hug the ball, squat to below parallel, then quickly stand up and jump off the ground.
