Trainer Warm Up 10 Min.

Strength/Skill: Front Squat/ HSPU 15 Min.

Competition: 5-5-5-3-2 Front Squats climbing. This is supposed to be a Prep for the WOD.

after each Set perform 5 HSPU.

Fitness: 5-5-5-5-5 Front Squats climbing. This is supposed to be a Prep for the WOD.

after each Set perform 5 clapping Pushups.

HSPU have to be scaled by Clapping Push Ups! So it´s either HSPU or Clapping Pushups.
