Competition/Fitness: Warm up then choose your weight for your 5 RM Thruster. No Thrust-a-Jerk, has to be a true thruster. Cannot Drop the Bar. 1 attempt only! Score: Weight

Competition:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:
Thrusters, 50/35kg
30 Double unders after every round of thrusters.

Score: Time, Time Cap: 15 Min. May also use odd objects 20kg KB or 20 kg DB. You may Sqaut clean- thruster the first Rep.

Fitness:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:
Thrusters, 35/20kg
15 Double unders or 45 Singles after every round of thrusters.

Score: Time, Time Cap: 15 Min. Scale weights as needed.
