Skill: 10 RM Hang Squat Snatch (10 Min.)

Competition/Fitness: Warm Up then choose your weight for your 10RM Hang Squat Snatch (10 Hang Snatch + OHS)

WOD (21 Min.)

EMOM x 21

  1. 5 Hang Squat Snatch, Your choice of weight (Hang Snatch + OHS)
  2. 10 Ring Dips
  3. 10 Box Jumps 30″/24″

Score: Total Reps completed (175) + weight.

The goal of this session is to get all Reps. unbroken. If 10 Ring Dips is a piece of cake for you do them weighted.

RX: 61/42,5//42,5/25kg. Scale weights and movement as needed.
