8:00h- 8:30h Athletes Check-In. 

8:30h- 8:45h Briefing WOD1 mandatory for all Athletes and Judges!

9:00h 3-2-1 Go, Heat1

Trainer Warm Up 15 Min.

SKILL: 10 RM Hang Snatch (15 Min.)

Competition/ Fitness: Warmup then establish a 10 RM Hang Snatch (any style acceptable). 1 attempt only. Cannot Rest the Bar in Hang Position!

WOD

Competition:

30-20-10 Snatches 42,5/30kg

30-20-10 Burpees

90-60-30 Double Unders

Fitness:

30-20-10 Snatches 30/22kg

30-20-10 Burpees

30-20-10 Double Unders or 120-80-40 Singles

Score: Time. TC: 15 Min. Scale weights as needed.
