Competition: 3-3-3-3-3 Thrusters, climb up to a heavy and excellent Triple. This is not a 3RM Attempt. immediately after each round perform 3 deficit HSPU. at most difficult progression. Rest as needed.
Fitness: 3-3-3-3-3 Thrusters, moderate weight with excellent form! immediately after each Round Handstand Hold as long as possible. Rest as needed
