Thanks to all volunteers helping build that monster! And thanks to all volunteers in advance who help running this very first AUSTRIAN CHAMPIONS DAY 2014. This is a big step for the young sport of fitness in Austria.

Trainer Warm Up 15 Min.
Skill: Power Snatch 3-3-3-3 (10 Min.)
warm up to a heavy triple then 3-3-3-3 with excellent form. This is not a 3RM Test. Show consistency in mechanics!
WOD:
Emom 15 Min.
Min 1: Sprint 200m (allout Sprint!)
Min 2: max Reps. Power Snatch 35/25//25/17kg
Min 3: Rest.
Score: Reps. of Snatches. Shoot for 100+. Weight supposed to be light do not exceed RX weights. Move efficiently! Cannot drop the Bar!!!
Back in those days… No Reebok Nanos or Oly Lifters, No color paint on the wall, just you and the bar… This is what it is all about.
