10 Min. to build to a 3 RM Hang Power Clean. Focus on bar path. No Biceps curling ; )

„WOD“ (CFM, 25 Min.)

5 Rounds

2:30 min work / 2:30 rest

  • 5 Hang Power cleans 61/42,5//42,5/30kg (RX+: 75kg/50kg)
  • 10 Bar facing burpees 
  • Max calories on the Rower (optional Ski Erg and Assault Bike for Competitors)

Score: Cal. of all Rounds. Each Round is an All Out Sprint!!! You get plenty of time to recover
