Trainer Warm Up 15 Min.

SKILL: Hang Squat Clean/Hang Clean + Front Squat (15 Min.)

Competition: warm up then go for

5 unbroken Hang Squat Cleans,

4 UB HSC,

3 UB HSC,

2 UB HSC,

1 HSC.

each Round a hap. Rest as needed.

Fitness: Same Template, Hang Power Clean + Front Squat is acceptable.


 

„WOD“ (max. 12 Min.)

Death on the minute by

5 Hang Squat Cleans 70/50//50/35kg

25 Dubs/10 Dubs or 30 Singles

Score: Reps. Scale weights as needed. Absolutely No Drops, control your load.

(Fitness: Hang Power + Front Squat is acceptable).
