Q1:Push Press 30/20kg Bar can not drop under Shoulders 3 Burpee Penalty, 10 Presses=1 Point
Rest 1min.
Q2:Side 2 Side Jumps over RBK Low, 3 right+left = 1 Point

3 Min Halftime. Unfortunately Madonna will not make it there!

Q3:1 neutral2Handstand + 5 Airsquats, 1Round=1 Point
Rest 1 Min
Q4:Farmers Carry 10yards 2 x 30/20kg Hantel, 10Yards=1Point
