4 Stations

In Teams of 2, 120 sec. for max Quality Reps. of

– Wall Climbs, 1:1 Reps.

– Burpee Pullups, 3:3 Reps.

– Front Rack Lunges L.O.G. Barbell 45/30kg, 10:10 Reps.

– DB Man/Lady Makers 20/15kg, scale as needed, 1:1 Reps.

Rest 30 sec. after each Station

Score: Total Reps. Scale Movements as needed
