“FRIDAY IS QUALI-DAY”

2nd Qualifier WOD for our Box. If you are not competing to qualify for Champions Day V, you will still do this WOD for your Personal Fitness Purpose. By the way this is WOD1 of the 2010 Regionals for the North European Region. And yes of course it comes with Burpees. You don´t like Burpees?, I tell you what, Burpees don´t like you either. Just get em done. HC ANDI

“CDV, QUALIFIER2” For Time:

35 Sumo deadlift highpulls (40/20kg//30/17kg)
50 Box jumps (20 inches)
35 Push press (40/20kg//30/17kg)
50 Squats
35 Toes-to-Bar //35 Knee Raises
50 Kettlebell swings (24/16kg//16kg/12kg)
30 meters Walking lunge (24/16kg//16kg/12kg)
50 Burpees

“SHOCKER OF THE WEEK”
OUR LOST ANF FOUND BASKET!!! It is boiling over. Get your stuff out of it please. I walked by and asked myself how in the world can one not miss his stuff. I checked it out and found 2 pieces that belong to me. Maybe you should have a look at it too.
So please check back on it I will donate it otherwise. Thanks for your cooperation on keeping our gym as organized as possible.
