Lisa Alzner: Women´s Soccer
Lisa joined us for almost half a year to improve her athletic skills. Day 1 No Toes To Bar. When she left 5 Consecutive T2B. Day 1 No Double Under. When she left Double Unders for time 50+. Deadlift 150%+ Bodyweight, just to mention a few of her biggest achievements. She moved to St. Pölten the only Women´s Soccer Academy in Austria playing for the National Team already. Now, she chases her biggest dream making the Pro Team of FC BAYERN MÜNCHEN. Keep up the good work Lisa you definitely got the potential to make it happen. Jump in for a WOD whenever you are in town!
