Warming: Get ready for Handstand Push Ups and Rope Skips!

How high the ladder Can You climb in 10 minutes of Hand Stand Pushups:

Handstand Push Up  +1 Rep. each Round (2,3,4,5,6,7…`til 10 Minutes are done)

 after each Round do 10 Double Unders/35 Single Unders!

Watch your Neck!!!
