Competition/Fitness: Warmup then Emom 7 Min.: 1 Complex. at 70% 1RM Snatch. 15 Min.

Part A:

Emom 8 MIN.

odd: 20/15 WallBalls 10/6kg

even: 7 Hang Snatch, You choose the weight. Challenging weight, must be unbroken, though.

Rest 3 Min.

Part B:

Every 2 Min for 8 Minutes

Sprint 400/300m.

Score: Reps./ Weight./ 400m times. e.g. Part A: 80WBS/50kg Snatch. Part B. 1:12, 1:13, 1:12, 1:12;
