Competition: Triple Under Practise.
Yes, the Rope Passes 3 Times under your legs.
Fitness: DOUBLE Under Practise.

ATHLETES: Set yourself a reasonable number to hit each Minute.

(COACHES: Set the Timer to EMOM 10 Min.)

then Conditioning…



3 Rounds 1 min. AMRAP at each Station. of:

  • Snatch 35/25kg from low hang*
  • C2B/Pull Ups
  • Double Unders
  • HR Burpee over Box 50cm all
  • Row. for Cal.

Rest 1 Min. AFTER each ROUND

Score: Reps.

(Coaches make up heats as needed of max. 10 athletes.)

*low hang underneath the knee Cap but the bar cannot touch the ground)



Bekki and Andi Competing in the GTD2014.

One of Europe’s Top Events in a highly competitive Environment.
We definitely left it all in the ARENA (see Pic. 2) on Day1. Bekki RANKED 8 AFTER Day 1, and myself fighting to make up ground for the first Cut. ( sitting in 43rd). We Feel very Honoured to Compete with Europe’s best.
